Why your body needs magnesium

Healthista’s latest information video series covers natural highs – today, Nutrition Director Rick Hay  explains why magnesium is so important if you are stressed or have insomnia 

Over the past decade we have developed a vast understanding of what the body needs to function optimally. ‘It also helps to regulate stress hormones in the body and is important to help balance blood sugar which can help keep nerves calm.
